探讨大学四级英语考试前一周体育锻炼对大学生负性情绪的调节作用。方法:对68名在校大学生体育锻炼、负性情绪和考试应激状况进行测量,采用每日追踪研究设计,连续追踪数据7天直到正式考试前1天晚上6点,建立层次线性模型并对数据进行分析评价。结果:负性情绪在基线时的得分与考试应激的威胁性评价之间呈显著正相关(r=0.37,P<0.05),而体育锻炼与负性情绪(r=0.04,P>0.01)以及考试应激的威胁性评价之间相关性不显著(r=-0.03,P>0.01)。层次线性模型分析表明,随着考试的临近,考试应激的威胁性评价(β=0.35,P<0.01)和体育锻炼(β=1.63,P<0.01)能够显著性地预测负性情绪发生,同时体育锻炼状况与考试应激的威胁性评价之间存在交互作用(β=0.13,P<0.05)。进一步分析表明,低体育锻炼的大学生随着考试应激威胁性评价的增加,负性情绪也随之增加,而高体育锻炼的大学生随着考试应激威胁性评价的增加其负性情绪下降。结论:在考试前的应激期,体育锻炼是一个有效的应对手段来调节大学生考试应激下的情绪状态。
Abstract:objective:To explore the moderate effects between exercise and negative affect one week before CET-4 examination among college students. Method:Leisure Time Exercise Questionnaire,Negative Affect Schedule and Threaten Appraisal Rating Scale were used to measure the level of exercise,negative affect and examination stress respectively for 7 times in 7 days longitude study. Results:Baseline threaten appraisal had significant positive relationship with negative affect(r=0.37,P<0.05),while there was no corelation between exercise and negative affect(r=0.04,P>0.01)or threaten appraisal(r=-0.03,P>0.01). Hierarchical linear model analysis indicated that with the daily approaching of examination,threaten appraisal(β=0.35,P<0.01)and exercise(β=1.63,P<0.01)can predict negative affects. And the interaction effects between exercise and threaten appraisal was also significant(β=0.13,P<0.05). At the same time,higher exercise students showed lower negative affect than lower exercise students,with the increasing threaten appraisal on the demanding period of examination. Conclusions:Exercise may play as an effective method to moderate student affect in the demanding period of examination.
