运动员退役再就业受到广泛关注,竞技体育运动员的培养和发展面临新的挑战与机遇。从职业转型视域入手,探究竞技体育运动员核心素养的结构解析、典范模型与培养路径。基于扎根理论,对24名运动员、教练员、体育专家学者、一线体育教育从业者群体深度访谈资料的编码分析发现,竞技体育运动员的核心素养结构可归结为三大范畴:内在品质、科学文化素养和职业能力。基于运动员生命周期理论,结合运动员职业化程度和项目运动特性,构建运动员素养典范模型,该模型明确了不同运动类型运动员核心素养的发展方向。竞技体育运动员核心素养的培养应强调运动员的核心素养培养是一个系统化且阶段性的过程,将运动员培养划分为基础阶段、专业阶段、持续成长阶段、综合素质提升阶段和职业转型阶段,每个阶段需要专注于特定核心素养的培养。
Abstract:The re-employment of athletes after retirement has been widely concerned,and the training and development of competitive sports athletes face new challenges and opportunities. From the perspective of career transition,this study explored the structural connotation,example model and training path of competitive sports athletes' core literacy. Based on the coding analysis of the in-depth interview data of 24 athletes,coaches,sports experts and scholars,and first-line sports education practitioners,the research finds that the core literacy structure of competitive sports athletes can be summarized into three categories:intrinsic quality,scientific and cultural literacy,and professional ability. Based on the athlete life cycle theory and considering the professionalism degree and sports characteristics of athletes,a model of athlete literacy is constructed,which clarifies the development direction of the core literacy of athletes of different sports types. We put forward the training path of competitive sports athletes' core literacy,emphasizing that the training of athletes' core literacy is a systematic and phased process,and the training of athletes is divided into basic stage,professional stage,continuous growth stage,comprehensive quality improvement stage and career transformation stage,each stage needs to focus on the training of specific core literacy.
