体育课堂教学是培养学生体育与健康学科核心素养的主渠道,发展学生体育与健康学科核心素养,也是基础教育体育课堂教学改革的关键,针对体育课堂教学如何生成体育与健康学科核心素养,提出用情境创设、文化统领、意义建构的三维结构来支撑体育教学实践,生成体育与健康学科核心素养的基本观点。研究论述了情境创设、文化统领、意义建构与体育学科核心素养生成间的联系,在情境创设维度对生成体育学科核心素养的支撑方面,提出创设技战术实战对抗的学习情境、与学生健康生活相关的学习情境、以游戏和比赛为主的体能练习情境来发展学生体育学科核心素养,阐释体育教师进行情境创设的基本程序;在文化统领维度对生成体育学科核心素养的支撑方面,提出运动项目文化来统领教学内容的要求,即主张整体主义的教学取向,注重比赛中的技战术对抗与演练,强调学生的角色扮演,提出运动项目文化统领教学内容的方法;在意义建构维度对生成体育学科核心素养的支撑方面,论述体验、理解和反思是学生体育学习中意义建构的核心,提出学生体育学习中意义建构对体育教师的教与学生的学的要求。

Physical education(PE)class is the main channel to cultivate students' core literacy of PE and health discipline,and developing students' core literacy of PE and health discipline is also the key to the reform of PE class in basic education,how to generate the core literacy of PE and health discipline according to PE teaching,it proposes the use of a three-dimensional structure of situation creation,cultural dominance,and significance construction to support the basic viewpoints of PE and health disciplines. The study discussed the relationship between situation creation,cultural dominance,meaning construction and the core literacy of sports disciplines. In terms of the support of the dimension of situation creation to the generation of core literacy of sports disciplines,it proposes to create a learning situation of technical and tactical combat confrontation,which is related to the healthy life of students. The learning situation and physical practice scenarios based on games and competitions develop the core literacy of students' PE and explain the basic procedure of PE teacher situational creation. In terms of the support of the culture dominance dimension to the core literacy of the PE discipline,the requirements of sports events culture to lead the teaching content are put forward,that is,to advocate a holistic teaching orientation,focus on technical and tactical confrontations and exercises in the game,and emphasize the role-playing of students,the method by which sports events culture leads the teaching content. In terms of supporting the dimension of meaning construction to the core literacy of PE disciplines,expounds that experience,understanding and reflection are the core of meaning construction in students' PE learning,and puts forward the requirements of meaning construction in students' PE learning to PE teachers' teaching and students' learning.
