情绪劳动、情绪调节与教练员职业倦怠的关系研究

摘要:

选取246名竞技体育教练员进行问卷调查,旨在探讨情绪劳动、情绪调节与教练员职业倦怠的关系,对情绪调节中的情绪劳动和情绪调节的预测作用进行考察。结果发现:(1)认知重评与教练员职业倦怠之间具有显著性负相关,表达抑制与职业倦怠之间具有显著性正相关;(2)在控制人口统计学变量和情绪劳动后,情绪调节对职业倦怠有显著的预测增益;(3)表层表演和表达抑制对职业倦怠有显著的正向预测作用,深层表演和认知重评对职业倦怠有显著的反向预测作用。

Abstract:

246 coaches completed the investigation to examine the relationship of the emotion labor,emotion regulation and the coach burnout,and the prediction effect of the emotion labor,emotion regulation to the coach burnout.The results suggested that:(1)There is an significant negative correlation between cognitive reappraisal and coach burnout,and positive correlation between expressive suppression and coach burnout;(2)Under controlling of demographic variables and emotion labor,general emotion regulation predicts coach burnout significantly;(3)Surface action and expressive suppression had positive prediction of coach burnout,and deep action and cognitive reappraisal had negative prediction of coach burnout.
