中华体育精神是中华民族在长期体育实践中形成的宝贵精神财富，是推进中华民族共有精神家园建设的重要思想基础和情感纽带，与时代精神交相辉映，能够为中国式现代化体育强国建设与实现中华民族伟大复兴凝心聚气。运用文献资料和逻辑推理等方法，通过对《关于体育促进铸牢中华民族共同体意识的指导意见》的解读与分析，从资源拓展、理论研究、教育实践、文化传承等多维向度，充分认识体育在促进铸牢中华民族共同体意识中的独特价值和重要作用，探寻中华体育精神推进中华民族共有精神家园建设的实践进路，为建成体育强国和实现中华民族伟大复兴凝聚各民族团结友谊的合力。

The China's Sportsmanship is the precious spiritual wealth formed in the long-term sports practice of the Chinese nation,and is an important ideological basis and emotional bond to promote the construction of the Chinese nation's shared spiritual home. It reflects with the spirit of the times,and can condense the spirit for the construction of a Chinese path to modernization sports power and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. By using various research methods such as literature review and logical reasoning,this study interprets and analyzes the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting Sports to Strengthen the Awareness of the Chinese National Community",fully understand the unique value and important role of sports in promoting the consciousness of the Chinese national community from the perspective of resource expansion,theoretical research,educational practice and cultural inheritance and explore the practical way forward for China's Sportsmanship to promote the construction of a spiritual homeland for the Chinese national community. It also explores the practical way forward to promote the construction of the spiritual home of the Chinese nation,so as to build a strong sports nation and realize the great cause of the revival of the Chinese nation,and to unite the powerful force of unity and friendship among all ethnic groups.
