天津体育学院学报

师德建设是新时代振兴教育发展的基础性工程，其不仅有利于纾解体育教师师德失范问题，有利于落实立德树人的根本任务，还有利于实现学校体育内涵式的发展。通过结合体育教师的职业特点，研究认为，新时代体育教师师德建设的维度指向应以过硬素养为前提，涵养高尚情操，立德树人；以业精学勤为关键，恪守严谨治学，潜心育人；以修身立德为核心，坚持严于律己，正己化人；以博爱善诱为根本，提升人格魅力，尊生爱生四方面为基本遵循。但当前体育教师师德仍存在师德素养欠缺，专业发展能力待增强；自律意识不足，为人师表观念待深化；教学情感缺乏，仁爱育生精神待改善的困境。因此，新时代加强体育教师师德要通过突出政治引领，加强教师队伍思想建设；夯实继续教育，提升教师职业道德素养；弘扬尊师风尚，激发教师队伍内生活力；优化教学体验，全面关心学生健康成长；完善督导体系，健全师德建设长效机制几方面切实提升体育教师师德，从而为培育时代新人助力，为实现体育强国赋能。

The construction of teachers' ethics is a basic project to revitalize the development of education in the new era. It is not only conducive to alleviate the anomie of PE teachers' ethics,implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and Cultivating People,but also conducive to the connotative development of school PE. By combining the professional characteristics of PE teachers,the research holds that the dimension direction of PE teachers' moral construction in the new era should take excellent quality as the premise,cultivate noble sentiment and cultivate morality;Take industry,study and diligence as the key,abide by rigorous scholarship and devote themselves to educating people;Take self-cultivation and morality as the core,adhere to strict self-discipline and correct people;Take fraternity and good inducement as the foundation,improve personality charm,and respect and love students. However,at present,the ideal and belief of PE teachers are still weakened,and the talent of PE needs to be improved;Lack of teachers' ethics and professional development ability;The consciousness of self-discipline is insufficient,and the concept of being a teacher needs to be deepened;The lack of teaching emotion and the dilemma of benevolent education spirit to be improved. Therefore,to strengthen PE teachers' ethics in the new era,we should strengthen the ideological construction of teachers by highlighting political guidance;Consolidate continuing education and improve teachers' professional ethics;Carry forward the fashion of respecting teachers and stimulate the vitality of teachers;Optimize the teaching experience and fully care about the healthy growth of students;Improve the supervision system,improve the long-term mechanism of teachers' ethics construction,and effectively improve the teachers' ethics of PE teachers,so as to help cultivate new people of the times and empower sports power.
