近年来的研究表明,运动有助于认知功能的改善和维持情绪健康,这些都是心理健康的重要部分,但这三者之间关系仍不清楚。研究旨在探讨运动干预对女大学生执行功能、情绪调节策略的影响,并进一步探索执行功能在运动干预影响女大学生情绪调节策略中的中介效应。方法:以52名女大学生为研究对象,随机分为试验组(26人)和对照组(26人);试验组进行8周运动干预,对照组在相同时间正常学习生活;采用2×2的混合试验设计,在干预前后使用Flanker、2-back和More-odd shifting任务,评价抑制、刷新、转换功能,情绪调节问卷(ERQ)测量情绪调节策略。结果表明:8周运动干预改善了女大学生抑制、刷新和转换功能,并促进了认知重评策略的使用;抑制、转换功能可以预测认知重评策略的使用,且在运动促进认知重评策略的使用中起部分中介作用。最后讨论了运动可能影响情绪调节策略的潜在机制,并认为执行功能可能是改善情绪调节策略的重要机制之一。未来应进一步探究执行功能在运动影响情绪调节中的作用,为合理采用运动手段,促进个体良好的情绪体验和心理健康提供理论和实践基础。
Abstract:Recent studies have suggested that exercise contributes to the improvement of cognitive function and the maintenance of emotional health,which are important parts of mental health. However the relationships among the three factors are still unclear. The present research explored the influence of exercise intervention on executive function and emotion regulation strategy in female college students,and explored the effect of executive function,mediating the impact of exercise intervention on emotion regulation strategy in female college students. 52 female college students were randomly divided into experimental group(n=26)and control group(n=26). The exercise intervention for 8 weeks were applied in experimental group,while Female students led normal lives.Through mixed experimental design,Flanker,2-back,More-odd shifting respectively assessed Inhibition,Updating and Switching,emotion regulation questionnaire measured emotion regulation strategy. The exercise intervention for 8 weeks could significantly raise the level of Inhibition,Updating,Switching,and promote the use of cognitive reappraisal;Inhibition,Switching could predict individual's use of cognitive reappraisal and mediate the impact of exercise intervention on cognitive reappraisal. We discussed the potential mechanism,suggesting executive function vital to the influence on emotion regulation strategy.Further implications for mentally applying exercise also were discussed.
