短道速滑超越技术研究

摘要:

运用三维DLT法对世界优秀选手超越技术动作进行了分析得知 ,在弯道区域 5块至 7块标志处超越者实施外侧超越过程中 ,超越者的重心速度和滑行轨迹长度均大于被超越者 ;但是在内侧超越过程中 ,重心速度并非是决定超越成功的惟一因素。当超越者滑行的轨迹长度和重心速度小于被超越者时 ,只要超越者在滑行的有效运动方向上移动的位移和速度大于被超越者 ,就有可能超越成功。外道超越要尽可能在到达弯道弧顶前或在出弯道处完成。国外韩国运动员多在出弯道处做内道超越技术动作实现超越。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the exceeding technique of the excellent players in the world with the method of DLT. The results show that both the exceeding player′s gravity speed and sliding locus length are larger than that of the exceeded one during the course of the former doing the outer exceeding from the fifth to the seventh signal of the curve area. However, the gravity speed isn′t the only decisive factor when the exceeding happens in the inner. When both of the exceeding player′s gravity speed and sliding locus length are less than that of the exceeded one, the former would succeed only if his displacement on sliding effective moving direction is greater than the latter′s. The outer track exceeding should be finished before the player arrived the top of curie or left the curie. Among the foreign players, the Korean usually take the action of the inner track exceeding technique at curie in order to exceed the others.
