如何减少运动员的攻击行为:对自我损耗的补偿

摘要:

为探究自我损耗与攻击行为的关系,减少攻击行为的发生,本研究采用试验法,以激惹为大背景,设计两个正式试验。试验一分别以心理认知任务和身体活动任务为损耗任务,包含两个平行试验,探究自我损耗对攻击行为的影响。试验二根据不同损耗任务,包含两个平行试验,进一步探究不同补偿方式对自我损耗的补偿效果及其对攻击行为的影响。结果显示:(1)无论由哪种损耗任务引起自我损耗的参与者的攻击行为都比无自我损耗的参与者更高。(2)当以心理认知任务引起自我损耗时,葡萄糖和榜样启动都可以有效补偿自我损耗,减少参与者的攻击行为,但二者的补偿效果并无差异。(3)当以身体活动任务引起自我损耗时,葡萄糖可以有效补偿自我损耗,减少参与者的攻击行为,但榜样启动的的作用并不明显。说明以身体活动任务引起损耗时,葡萄糖可以更有效地减少运动员的攻击行为。

Abstract:

To explore the relationship between self-control and aggression,and to reduce the occurrence of aggressive behavior. This study used experimental method and was under the background of provocation,which included two experiments. Study 1 contained two parallel experiments and used psychological cog-nitive task and physical activity task to investigate the effects of ego depletion on aggressive behavior. Study 2 used two different tasks to induce ego depletionand also designed two parallel experiments to find which replenished method is better to reduce aggressive behavior on different ego depletion task. The resultsshowed:(1)No matter which task we used,the ego depletion group of participants gave higher noise time level than those who didn't;(2)When using psychologi-cal cognitive task,glucose and exemplar prime were both efficient to compensate ego depletion and to reduce aggressive behavior;when using physical activitytask,glucose could reduce more aggressive than exemplar prime,as well as they were both efficient for replenishing ego depletion and reducing aggressive behavior.(3)When using physical activity task,glucose could reduce aggression effectively,but the exemplar prime had no obvious effects.
