用双生法探讨遗传因素对通气敏感度及女子最大耗氧量的影响程度

摘要:

本文对46对同性别双生子(同卵双生29对,异卵双生17对)的通气敏感度(通气对高CO2的反应)进行了测定,同时还测定了25对女性双生子的最大耗氧量及通气无氧阈。结果证明:三个指标的遗传度分别为73%,76%和50.52%,这说明个体通气敏感度及有氧能力在较大程度上受遗传因素的影响,而通气无氧阈则主要由环境因素所决定。
