加快数字技术与传统社区体育治理相融合，探索地域特色治理新模式，事关基层体育治理机制优化创新、全民健身公共服务体系合理布局及居民健身参与持续提升。采用文献研究、逻辑分析及案例分析等方法，围绕数字技术驱动社区体育治理的价值意蕴，依据“行政—自治”关系，提出技术增能型、技术赋权型及技术增能赋权型三类治理模式，并结合实践案例，认为社区内在性体育自治力量的低效吸纳、数治的变相“增负”、挤压型治理体制的逐渐浮现及数治积极转化能力的不确定性，将成为数字技术驱动社区体育治理的现实挑战。建议从“有效吸纳”促进基层政社体育力量携手共建、“内外协同”实现社区体育资源多元募集、“机制创新”推进数治双向提质及“泛在共治”驱动数治模式积极转化4个方面设计应对策略，以便为数字技术服务社区体育治理高质量发展提供建议。

In the new era,accelerate the integration of digital technology and traditional community sports governance methods,and explore a new model of community sports digital governance with regional characteristics are related to the optimization and innovation of grassroots sports governance system and mechanism,the rational layout of the national fitness public service system,and the continuous improvement of residents' fitness participation. Use the methods of literature research,logical analysis and case analysis,focusing on the value implication of community sports governance driven by digital technology,based on the relationship of “administration-autonomy”,three types of governance models,technology empowerment,technology empowerment and technology empowerment are proposed. And combined with practical cases,it is believed that the inefficient absorption of community internal sports autonomy,the “increasing negative” of digital governance,the gradual emergence of the crowding governance system and the uncertainty of the positive transformation ability of digital governance will become the realistic challenges of digital technology-driven community sports governance. It is suggested to design strategies from the four aspects:“effective absorption” to promote the joint construction of grassroots government and social sports forces,“internal and external coordination”to achieve multiple recruitment of community sports resources,“mechanism innovation”to promote the two-way improvement of digital governance and“universal co-governance”to drive the positive transformation of digital governance,so as to provide suggestions for the high-quality development of digital technology to serve community sports governance.
