采用文献资料法,探讨了一次性耐力运动和耐力训练对血压的影响,表明其对血压的影响与运动方式、持续时间、频度、强度等密切相关
Abstract:By literature, the present study discusses effects of an acute endurance exercise and long term endurance training on blood pressure (Bp) . The paper points out that the mode, duration, frequency and intensity of exercise are related to effects of an acute endurance exercise and long term endurance training on Bp.
