推动航空运动产业发展不仅是响应低空经济发展战略的重要举措，也对开辟经济增长新方向、助力体育产业由“平面”向“立体”模式转型具有重要意义。运用文献资料、逻辑分析、实地调研等方法，探究低空经济背景下航空运动产业发展的角色定位、实践困境与优化路径。低空经济背景下，航空运动产业发展的角色定位在于通过拓展应用场景，成为政策落地的“实践载体”；通过行业先行探索，创建管理创新的“示范平台”；通过扩大产业规模，形成市场扩容的“驱动引擎”；通过促进公众参与，打造人才队伍的“孵化基地”。当前，航空运动产业发展面临体系建设薄弱且要素保障不力、空域情况复杂且部门协同低效、企业成本高且盈利能力有限、需求释放受阻且人才培养滞后等实践困境。提出未来需要构建协同高效的政策支持体系，破除产业发展制度壁垒；打造智慧集约的空域管理模式，释放低空飞行资源潜能；培育多元韧性的企业发展格局，激活产业内生增长动能；建立广泛深入的社会参与机制，筑牢可持续发展群众根基。

Promoting the development of the aviation sports industry is not only an important measure to respond to the low-altitude economic development strategy,but also of great significance in opening up new directions for economic growth and facilitating the transformation of the sports industry from a twodimensional to a three-dimensional model. By utilizing methods such as literature review,logical analysis,and field research,this paper explored the role positioning,practical dilemmas,and optimization paths of the aviation sports industry development in the context of low-altitude economy. The role positioning of the aviation sports industry development in the context of low-altitude economy lies in becoming a practical carrier for policy implementation by expanding application scenarios;creating a demonstration platform for management innovation through industry-leading exploration;forming a driving engine for market expansion by expanding the scale of the industry; and building a talent incubation base by promoting public participation. Currently,the development of the aviation sports industry faces practical dilemmas such as weak system construction and inadequate factor guarantees,complex airspace conditions and inefficient departmental collaboration,high enterprise costs and limited profitability,hindered demand release,and lagging talent cultivation. In the future,a collaborative and efficient policy support system should be established,a smart and intensive airspace management model should be created,a diversified and resilient enterprise development pattern should be cultivated,and a broad and in-depth social participation mechanism should be established.
