目的:探讨有氧抗阻结合与单纯有氧运动两种不同方案减重干预效果,为提高运动减重干预的科学性和有效性提供理论和试验依据。方法:60名肥胖女大学生通过递增负荷试验测定FATmax,依此确定运动强度;设计和研制单纯有氧和有氧结合抗阻两种运动方案;受试者对半分组分别进行12周运动训练;测定身体成分、腹部脂肪、内脏脂肪、最大摄氧量、超声心动等指标进行试验前后和组间对比分析。结果:两组受试者干预后,BMI、体脂%等均非常显著的下降(P<0.01);有氧抗阻结合组在腹部脂肪、内脏脂肪、最大摄氧量、每博输出量、射血分数等指标的改善显著优于单纯有氧运动组。结论:在锻炼时间和频率相同的情况下基于FATmax设计的有氧抗阻结合与单纯有氧运动的两种运动干预方案都能显著地减轻肥胖女大学生体重和改善她们的身体成分;抗阻和有氧结合运动在降低腹部脂肪、内脏脂肪和提升心肺功能等方面有更为显著的作用。
Abstract:Purpose:To compare the effects of combined aerobic and resistance and aerobic only exercise training on body weight control in female university students with obesity. Methods:60 female university students with obesity were randomly allocated into the aerobic-resistance group and aerobic group. The intensity of aerobic training was set up at the maximal fat oxidation(FATmax). Exercise training lasted for 12 weeks. Body composition,abdominal fat,visceral fat,maximal oxygen uptake,heart function(by echocardiograph)were measured at baseline and after training. Results:Both groups decreased BMI and body fat% after training(P<0.01). The aerobic-resistance group achieved better effects on abdominal fat,visceral fat,maximal oxygen uptake,stroke volume,and left ventricular ejection fraction,compared to those of the aerobic group. Conclusions:With the same exercise training duration and frequency,aerobic training at the FATmax intensity,alone or combined with resistance,can improve body composition of female university students with obesity. Furthermore,the combined training program make better effects on abdominal fat and heart function compared with the aerobic training.
