通过统计计算和建立逐步回归方程，从主攻手在比赛进攻时外部负荷与相应效果的关系中，发现其进攻时外部负荷的结构特点，并获得相应比赛效果的量化指标。从而为教练员在提高主攻手进攻能力的针对性训练中提供量化依据

Through statistical calculations and establishing the progressive regression equation,the present study shows features of external load structure while spikers are attacking and obtains quantification indexes of the relevant competition effect in terms of the relation between the external load and relevant effect.It provides quantification bases for coaches to improve spikers attacking ability during the corresponding training.
