运动训练对最大心率的影响

运用文献综述法,从运动训练后最大心率的变化、停止训练后最大心率的变化和不同体能水平的个体的最大心率等方面探讨了运动训练对最大心率的影响,得知针对青年人的研究显示了3条规律:(1)运动训练后,最大心率减小;(2)停止训练后,最大心率增加;(3)运动水平高者,最大心率低。认为,最大心率的这一变化是对运动训练的良好适应,其机制可以用“最佳心率范围”理论来解释。

Abstract:

Articles were reviewed to explore the effect of exercise training on maximal heart rate (HRmax ) from the alterations of HRmax by training, long after the stop of training and individual HRmax in different levels of fitness. The results aimed at youth showed three disciplines: 1) HRmax tend to be decreased by training; 2) HRmax tend to increase long after the stop of training, and 3) HRmax tend to be lower in individuals with higher fitness. We consider the alteration of HRmax an optimal adaptation to exercise training and its mechanism could be explained with the theory of "optimal heart rate range".
