目的:选择我国16~17岁的少年足球运动员作为研究对象,观察心率和血乳酸在短距离快速跑训练中的变化,并对训练的质量和效果进行评价研究,旨在进一步揭示特定年龄段的运动员生理、生化负荷强度水平,并提出适宜的负荷强度安排。方法:测定跑动过程中不同时相段的时间;对不同间歇期心率进行现场采集;测定运动前、运动过程中和恢复阶段的血乳酸。采用SPSS统计软件包进行数据处理。内容:测定运动员30m×15次跑(两种不同间歇,30s和60s),比较跑动时间及相关的生理生化指标变化。结论:足球运动员宜在较短的间歇中具备不断的快速冲刺跑能力,30mR30s的练习方式能够体现这一特点,但须在跑的次数安排上做出适当调整。
Abstract:Juvenile football players(16~17yrs)had been chosen as the subjects,their training quality and effect had been evaluated in order to further reveal physiological and biochemical load intensity level of juvenile football players and put forward appropriate arrangement of load inten-sity.The time in the different running was recorded and the heart rate was also recorded by PE3000instrument ,the blood lactate of players was measured in rest and running and recovering time.The authors made a study on30meter×15sprint for juvenile football players and analyzed the relative physiological and biochemical indexes.In conclusion,the football players should have a capacity to sprint continuously in a short period,the training method by arranging30meter×15sprint (R30s)should be adopted,but the rounds of sprint must be considered according to different players.
