经过多年的培育和发展,我国体育产业逐步形成了较为清晰的内部逻辑和较为完整的发展脉络,逐步确立了产业战略地位,构建了科学产业体系、明晰了产业发展方向。新时代提出了新要求,中国体育产业2.0实现高质量发展成为根本遵循,以人为本、政府与市场双轮驱动、供需双侧发力,成为产业政策主要趋向。体育产业2.0是渐进式的系统推进过程,需要多管齐下,形成合力,共同达到预期效果:(1)精细释义,推动供给体系高质化、生产效率高效化、持续发展稳健化,把握体育产业高质量发展方向;(2)精确发力,加强定向调控对接化、改革创新驱动化、统筹推进协同化,推动体育产业政策高质量落地;(3)精准治理,推动治理目标一体化、治理工具联动化、治理评价精细化,保障体育产业有序高质量推进。

After years of cultivation and development,sports industry in China has gradually formed a clearer internal logic and a more complete development context,gradually established the strategic position of the industry,constructed a scientific industrial system,and clarified the direction of industrial development. New requirements have been put forward in the new era. The high quality development of China's sports industry has become a fundamental follow,people-oriented,the government and the market dual-wheel drive,supply and demand bilateral power,has become the main trend of industrial policy. The high quality development of sports industry is a gradual systematic promotion process,which needs to be carried out in a multi-pronged way to form a joint force to achieve the expected results. First,fine interpretation to promote the"high quality"of the supply system. The production efficiency is"high efficiency",the sustainable development is"steady",grasps the sports industry high quality development direction;Second,the precise power,strengthens the directional regulation and control"the opposite",the reform and innovation"drives",promotes the"coordination"as a whole,promotes the sports industry policy high quality landing;Third,accurate governance,promote the"integration"of governance objectives,"linkage"of governance tools,"refinement"of governance evaluation,and ensure the orderly and high quality promotion of the sports industry.
