航空体育运动产业以科技创新为核心驱动力、融合多领域新要素,是新质生产力在体育领域的典型实践载体,其高质量发展对于加快低空经济等战略性新兴产业集群发展具有深远意义。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对航空体育运动产业高质量发展内涵、驱动逻辑进行阐释的基础上发现,当前我国航空体育运动产业高质量发展主要面临政策体系缺位制约顶层设计,基建分布失衡限制场景拓展,安全监管失序加剧运行风险,市场需求有限抑制消费升级和人才供给断层弱化创新动能等现实问题。建议构建政策协同机制,完善法律法规标准体系;优化基建空间布局,强化产业韧性协同能力;健全安全监管网络,推进技术标准动态升级;激活市场需求潜力,创新消费场景生态模式;深化产教融合机制,突破核心技术自主壁垒。
Abstract:The aviation sports industry,driven by technological innovation and integrating new elements from multiple fields,is a typical carrier for the practice of new-quality productivity in the sports field. Its high-quality development is of profound significance for accelerating the growth of strategic emerging industry clusters,such as the low-altitude economy. By comprehensively using research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to deeply explain the connotation and driving logic of the high-quality development of the aviation sports industry,it is found that the current high-quality development of China's aviation sports industry mainly faces the following practical issues:the absence of a policy system restricts top-level design,while inadequate institutional alignment hinders coordinated development;uneven infrastructure distribution limits scenario expansion,and gaps in the industry chain weaken resource allocation;disorder in safety supervision increases operational risks,and the lack of technical standards restrains prevention and control effectiveness;weak market demand suppresses consumption upgrades,and insufficient innovation in scenarios delays value release;gaps in talent supply weaken innovation momentum,and shortcomings in independent technology threaten industry security. Recommendations include:establishing a policy coordination mechanism and improving the legal and regulatory standards system;optimizing infrastructure spatial layout and enhancing the industry's resilience and coordination capability;improving the safety supervision network and promoting the dynamic upgrading of technical standards;activating market demand potential and innovating consumption scenario ecological models;and deepening industry-education integration mechanisms to overcome barriers in core technology independence.
