以中华体育精神为核心构筑体育强国精神家园，既是贯彻落实习近平总书记关于加强精神文明建设的根本要求，也是凝聚体育强国建设合力的必要之举。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，在厘清中华体育精神构筑体育强国精神家园深刻内涵与内在逻辑基础上，擘画出涵盖家国情怀感召力、爱岗敬业担当力、创新发展行动力、见利思义思想力、强国建设向心力和笃行奋进建设力的体育强国精神家园理想图景。提出打造“以体报国”话语矩阵、搭建“强国有我”示范平台、形塑“求真务实”发展范式、推行“见利思义”价值准则、培育“勠力同心”全民共识、构建“以体笃行”标识体系的推进方略。
Abstract：Taking the China's sporting spirit as the core to build the spiritual home of a strong sport country is not only a fundamental requirement for implementing general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee,Xi Jinping's important instructions on strengthening the development of spiritual civilization,but also an essential measure to pool the synergy for building a leading sporting nation. By adopting research methods,such as literature review and logical analysis,on the basis of clarifying the profound connotation and internal logic of constructing the spiritual home of a strong sport country with the China's sporting spirit,this paper depicts an ideal prospect of the spiritual home of a strong sport country,which covers the inspiring power of family-country feelings,the sense of responsibility for dedication to work,the driving force for innovative development,the ideological power of prioritizing morality over interests,the centripetal force for building a leading nation,and the constructive power of forging ahead with determined actions. This paper proposes a strategic framework comprising the following elements:constructing a “sports for the nation” discourse matrix;establishing a “serving the nation and the people” demonstration platform;shaping a “pragmatic and truth-seeking” development paradigm;advocating the “righteousness over profit” value principle;fostering a “unity and collaboration” public consensus;and building a “power of sports” symbol system.
