耐力训练对性成熟前后大鼠肾脏AⅡ-R的影响

摘要:

采用组织切片放射配基受体结合分析法,观察了大鼠性成熟前后耐力训练对肾脏血管紧张素(AⅡ-R)的影响。结果显示,肾脏AⅡ-R随性成熟而增长,耐力训练也可使其下调。提示,AⅡ-R下调可能是安静状态受训练者处于心血管系统的“能量节省化”状态的内部机制

The present study investigates effects of endurance training on angiotensin Ⅱ receptors (AⅡ R) in rat kidney before and after the sexual maturity by tissue section radioligand binding assay of receptors. Results show that AⅡ R in kidney increase with the sexual maturity and “Down Regulation” of AⅡ R is revealed after the endurance training. This article suggests that “Down Regulation” of AⅡ R may be the internal mechanism of “Energy Economization” of cardiovascular system at rest for trainees.
