本文综合新近国内外有关运动员猝死的文献和病因学研究及病例报告。针对青年运动员和中老年运动者因运动诱发的猝死,分析引起猝死的各种心血管器质性病变及ECG 异常等高危因子,探讨运动猝死的危险性、可能的预防手段和测试方法及对运动员评价的标准,为深入研究运动与猝死提供参考。
