团队社会网络会对团队的绩效产生重要影响,这使得对团队社会网络的研究逐渐成为管理学的研究热点之一。然而,团队的性质不同,其社会网络指标对团队绩效的影响效果也会不同。集体项目运动队不同于其他一般的管理团队,集体项目运动队中的"小团体现象""权威运动员现象""老队员欺负新队员现象"等会导致不同的社会网络结构的形成,这种不同的社会网络结构会对运动队绩效产生怎样的影响,目前并没有明确。以国家体育总局篮球高水平后备人才基地U15年龄层次的男子运动员为样本来源,依据社会网络的相关理论,采用社会网络分析、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,通过一定的变量界定和测量,描述我国高水平青少年男子篮球队的社会网络特征,实证研究球队社会网络与球队绩效之间的关系。研究结果发现:社会网络密度高的球队拥有较高的作业绩效和关系绩效,而球队的群体中心性高则会对球队的关系绩效产生不利影响,同时,球队派系化所导致的破碎化结构程度高也不利于球队作业绩效和关系绩效的提升。
Abstract:ocial networks have an important impact on the team performance,which makes the research on the social networks gradually become a hot topicof management. However,the nature of the teams is different,so that the impacts of the social network on the performance of the teams will be different. Col-lective sports team is different from other general management team,"small group","authority athlete","old members bully new players"in the collectivesports teams will lead to the formation of different social network structure,and the different social network structure will produce what kind of impact on theperformance of a sports team. At present,there is no clear. The study chose U15 male athletes of national high-level basketball athlete talent base as the sam-ples,based on the social network theory,used the methods of SNA,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,discussed the relations between team socialnetwork and performance through certain variable definition. Main research conclusions showed that the higher social work density team owns the better taskand contextual performance. But the higher team centrality has the bad impact on contextual performance. At the same time,the broken degree,which causedby team faction also do harm for the improvement of team task and contextual performance.
