以农村社会发展理论为指导对农村体育进行了分析,认为:在二元社会结构短时期不可能改变的情况下,开展农村体育应当完善的必要条件是:1.发展农村经济,提高农村人口素质;2.办好农村教育,普及九年制义务教育;3.以道德进步、强化灌输为杠杆改变农民的旧观念,树立新的体育观念;4.建议有关领导部门着手培养农村体育指导人才。
Abstract：The paper analyses the sports in the rural areas under the theory of the development in rural areas and points out: in the dualistic structure sociaty which can't take great changes in a short time, the most basic conditions to develop rural sports are: a) developing the rural economy, highteniag the rural people's quality, b) making a good job of rural education and spreading the 9-year compulsory education. c) setting up new sports idea among the peasants. d) fostering sports instructors for the rural areas.
