以降低竞技散打比赛热身损耗的有效策略为目的,将竞技散打比赛作为有机整体来研究,划分为战前、局间和局中3个阶段,即重视每局比赛,又注重3阶段的有机联系,针对不同阶段采用相应策略来降低热身损耗。战前策略是通过一般、专项准备活动和准备活动后的活动来降低热身损耗;局间策略是通过内部表象训练和开局前20 s内的活动来降低热身损耗;局中策略是控制比赛节奏、非重拳不停运动、连续灵活的步法和巧妙化解人为因素降低热身损耗。
Abstract:The theme is to study effective strategies of reducing warm-up decrement in competition of competitive Sanda.We carefully study the every part of the organic whole which is divided into pre-event,interval period and per game.Not only we attach importance to each game,but also we should pay attention to the organic connection of the three phases and use the corresponding strategy of suitable for different stages to reduce warm-up decrement.Strategy of prewar is adopted in general preparations activities,special warm-up and activities before game start to reduce warm-up decrement.Strategy of rest period is the application of internal imagery training and activities within 20 seconds before game start to reduce warm-up decrement,strategy of per game is to control the rhythm of the game,and light fist does not stop the movement,continuous flexible footwork and resolving man-made factors.
