大强度间歇运动与中等强度持续有氧运动对大学生执行功能的影响

摘要:

目的:比较30 min大强度间歇运动和中等强度持续有氧运动对大学生执行功能的影响。方法:48名18~24岁(男女各24名)大学生随机分配到大强度间歇运动组、中等强度持续有氧运动组和控制组,每组各16名,运动前后进行执行功能测试。大强度间歇运动,共6组,每组150 s不低于85%HRmax的全速爬楼梯和150 s 50%HRmax主动恢复时间;中等强度持续有氧运动组以60%~70%HRmax完成30 min运动;控制组不做任何身体活动。结果:中等强度有氧运动对抑制功能的影响显著优于大强度间歇运动和控制组,大强度间歇运动和控制组没有显著差异;大强度间歇运动和中等强度有氧运动对刷新功能的影响显著优于控制组,大强度间歇运动和中等强度有氧运动之间没有显著差异;大强度间歇运动和中等强度有氧运动对转换功能有一定积极影响,但与控制组相比没有显著差异。结论:大强度间歇运动和中等强度有氧运动均能够改善大学生执行功能;中等强度有氧运动对执行功能的抑制、刷新和转换均有影响,尤其是对抑制和刷新有显著促进作用,大强度间歇运动更有利于刷新和转换功能的改善。

Abstract:

Objective:This study discussed the effects of 30 minutes of high intensity interval exercise and moderate intensity continuous aerobic exercise on the executive function of college students. Methods:48 college students aged 18-24 were randomly assigned to high intensity interval exercise(HIIT),moderate intensity continuous aerobic exercise(MICE)and control group(CG). There were six cycles,each with 150 seconds of fast staircase climbing with a maximum heart rate of 85% and 150 seconds 50%HRmax active recovery time. The MICE group completed 30 minutes of exercise with 60%-70%HRmax,while the CG did not do any physical activity. Three groups finished the execution function before and after intervention of all three groups. Results:The effect of MICE on inhibition function was significantly better than that of HIIT and CG,and there was no significant difference between HIIT and CG. The effect of HIIT and MICE on updating function was significantly better than that of CG,and there was no significant difference between HIIT and MICE. HIIT and MICE have some positive effects on the shifting function,but there is no significant difference compared with the CG. Conclusions:Both HIIT and MICE can improve executive function of college students. MICE can influence the inhibition,updating and shifting of executive function,especially on inhibition and updating,while HIIT is more conducive to the improvement of updating and shifting function.
