在全面建设社会主义现代化强国的背景下，科学认识中国式现代化进程中加快建设体育强国的新内涵和新问题，从国家发展维度规划体育强国建设的新路径，对于加快推动中国式体育现代化发展具有重要意义。研究认为，中国式现代化进程中加快建设体育强国有着全新的内涵，要建设彰显中国制度优势的体育强国、建设具有中国特色的体育强国、建设高质量发展的体育强国、建设以人民为中心的体育强国、建设整体性文明的体育强国。在中华民族伟大复兴的战略全局与世界百年未有之大变局的时代背景下，体育强国建设目标和计划面临重大调整和重新布局，体育强国建设要应对复杂多变的国际形势，适应不断深化改革的国内环境，亟待处理不平衡不充分发展的结构性困境。研究提出，在推进中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的新征程中，要深化加快建设体育强国的思想认识、统筹做好加快建设体育强国的顶层设计、加强体育重点领域和关键环节的突破攻关、科学制定加快建设体育强国的实施方案，以加快建成体育强国助力中华民族伟大复兴。

Under the background of comprehensively building a great modern socialist country,it is of great significance to scientifically understand the new connotation and new problems of the construction of a great sports country in the process of Chinese modernization,and to plan the new path of the construction of a great sports country from the dimension of national development. The construction of sports power in the process of Chinese-style modernization has a new connotation. It is necessary to build a sports power highlighting the advantages of China's system,a sports power with Chinese characteristics,a sports power with high-quality development,a sports power centered on the people,and a sports power with overall civilization. In the context of the strategic overall situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the profound changes in the world unseen in a century,the goal and plan of building a strong sports country face major readjusts and relayouts. The building of a strong sports country needs to cope with the complex and changing international situation,passively adapt to the domestic environment of deepening reform,and urgently address the structural dilemma of unbalanced and inadequate development.The study puts forward that in the new journey of promoting the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we should deepen the ideological understanding of speeding up the construction of a strong sports country,coordinate the top-level design of speeding up the construction of a strong sports country,strengthen breakthroughs in key areas and key links of sports,scientifically formulate the implementation plan of speeding up the construction of a strong sports country,to accelerate the building of a strong sports country to help the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
