整合社会性别理论、社会认知理论、锻炼行为理论等,在考察性别角色对大学生锻炼行为影响的基础上,检验主观锻炼体验—运动承诺的链式中介效应,在此基础上构建链式中介效应模型。采用大学生性别角色量表、主观锻炼体验量表、运动承诺量表和体育活动等级量表,对以浙江省、江苏省、上海市为例的908名大学生(年龄=20.46±2.525;男生407人,女生501人)进行调查。结果表明:性别角色、主观锻炼体验、运动承诺是大学生锻炼行为的前因变量,三者对锻炼行为的直接影响皆达显著水平(P<0.001)。比较发现,主观锻炼体验对锻炼参与频率的影响较大,而性别角色和运动承诺对学生锻炼持续时间的影响较大;在性别角色影响大学生的锻炼行为时,主观锻炼体验、运动承诺分别具备部分中介效应,其效果量分别为总效应的25.00%和24.17%,而且,主观锻炼体验—运动承诺的链式中介效应显著,其效果量为总效应的21.11%,即间接效应为总效应的70.28%。结论:主观锻炼体验、运动承诺是缓解传统性别角色观念对大学生锻炼行为消极影响的有力因素;从认知的角度改变大学生传统的性别角色观,同时丰富锻炼体验、激发运动承诺,可能是促进大学生践行体育锻炼的一个有效途径。
Abstract:Investigate the influence of the gender-role on physical exercise behavior of undergraduates as well as the chain mediating effect of the subjec-tive exercise experience-sport commitment,on this foundation,construct a chain mediating effect model. Through using College Students' Sex-Role Inven-tory(CSRI-50),the Subscales of Positive Well-being(PW)and Subjective Exercise Experience Scale(SEES),Exercise Commitment Checklist(ECC)and Physical Activity Rating Scale(PARS-3)this paper investigated 908 undergraduates(Aged = 20.46 ± 2.525; Male=407 female=501). Results indicat-ed that the gender-role,subjective exercise experience,and sport commitment had the significant effects on exercise behavior(P<0.001). Among them,the influence of subjective exercise experience on exercise frequency was relatively large(rPW=0.456,rPD=-0.466),and the exercise commitment had agreat influence on duration of exercise. Step by step regression analysis indicated that subjective exercise experience,exercise commitment had the partialmediating effects respectively in gender-role affecting exercise behavior,and they effect values were 25.00% and 24.17% of the total effect,not only that,the chain mediating effect of subjective exercise experience-sport commitment was also significant,and the effect value was 21.11% of the total effect,namely that the indirect effects accounted for 70.28% of the total effect. Subjective exercise experience,exercise commitment is the powerful factors that al-leviate the negative influence of the traditional gender-role concept on the exercise behavior of undergraduates; changing the traditional gender-role con-cept,meanwhile,enhance the positive experience exercise and sport commitment might be the effective ways that promote physical exercise for undergrad-uates.
