在强国建设推进与专业学位研究生教育快速发展的背景下，体育专业学位研究生教育亟需从规模扩张转向高质量发展。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，依据知识生产模式Ⅲ的理论视角，系统阐释体育专业学位研究生教育高质量发展的内涵特征，识别其现实困境，并提出推进路径。内涵本质是在服务社会需求的目标导向下，实现高层次应用型体育人才培养的综合育人体系，核心特征包括需求牵引性、结构整合性、场域实践性、协同开放性和社会导向性。当前面临学术评价惯性束缚、培养结构重组受阻、产教融合育人乏力、校外导师权责错位和成果难以响应社会需求等问题。通过构建以职业能力为导向的分类评价体系、强化以集群发展为基础的研究领域重组、创设以深化产教融合为目标的协同育人平台、完善校内外导师协同机制和建立面向社会需求的实践成果质量监测方式，推动高层次应用型体育人才供需动态均衡，赋能强国建设。

Against the backdrop of advancing national development and the rapid expansion of professional degree postgraduate education, professional degree postgraduate in physical education urgently needs to shift from scale expansion to high-quality development. Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, grounded in the theoretical perspective of knowledge production Model III, this study systematically elucidates the connotation and characteristics of high-quality development in professional degree postgraduate in physical education, identifies its operational dilemmas, and proposes advancement pathways. The findings show that its essential connotation lies in a comprehensive educational system for cultivating high-level applied sport professionals under the goal orientation of serving social needs. Its core characteristics include demand orientation, structural integration, field-based practice, collaborative openness, and social orientation. At present, it is constrained by the inertia of academic evaluation, obstacles to restructuring the training framework, weak industry-education integration, misaligned powers and responsibilities of off-campus supervisors, and the limited responsiveness of outcomes to social needs. Accordingly, this study proposes building a classification-based evaluation system oriented toward professional competence, strengthening cluster-based disciplinary fields, establishing a collaborative education platform aimed at deepening the integration of industry and education, improving collaboration among on-campus supervisors, and developing a quality monitoring system for practice-oriented outcomes geared to social needs, so as to promote a dynamic balance between the supply of and demand for sport professionals and thereby support national development.
