天津体育学院学报

北京奥运会以后,我国是否是体育强国和如何实现体育强国引起了体育界内外的广泛讨论。认为我国对体育强国的理解历经了以奥运竞技为主旨;竞技体育与群众体育协调发展以及综合多维体育强国概念等演进历程。并提出我国体育强国内涵将体现出:注重科学发展观念;普及基础上的体育强国;和谐发展的体育强国;既重视金牌又超越金牌;参照体育强国的国际标准和建设经验等未来发展走向。梳理和探讨体育强国概念变迁对于更好地把握体育强国内涵,实现新起点和高度上体育事业发展新辉煌目标有着积极的理论和现实意义。

After Beijing Olympic Games, whether our country was the powerful sports nation and how realizes the aims had aroused extensive discussions both inside and outside the sports sector. This study suggests that understanding the concepts in China has experienced the periods of taking the Olympic Games athletics as a primary intention; Athletics sports and populace sports coordinated development and synthesis multi-dimensional sports powerful nation concept and so on. Studies also suggested that sports powerful nation connotation will manifest the directions as: Focus on scientific development of sports; Based on the universal development of sports; Harmonious development of the powerful sports nation; transcend the gold medals; reference to international standards. Discussion about the concepts of powerful sports nation is useful to grasp the intension better and is also highly theoretical and the practical significance to achieve new brightness aims from new starting point.
