老年人“踝关节策略”静态与动态平衡能力的相关分析

摘要:

目的:探索老年人"踝关节策略"静态与动态平衡能力的相关性。方法:设计"踝关节策略"的静态平衡和动态平衡能力测试方案,对28名社区老年人进行平衡能力测试,采用Pearson积差相关法分析静态与动态平衡的相关性,采用因子分析提取静动态平衡能力公因子,把公因子载荷较大的指标组成"指标集",通过"指标集"间的典型相关分析探索静态与动态平衡的内部联系。结果:老年人踝关节策略动态平衡能力与双足睁眼和单足睁眼状态的静态平衡能力相关系数均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);动态平衡与双足闭眼和线性步睁眼静态平衡的典型相关系数均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且相关性较高。动态平衡与双足闭眼静态平衡的典型相关分析中,U1为"低优指标",越小,动态平衡能力就越好;V1为"高优指标",越大,静态平衡能力越好;U1与V1的典型相关系数为0.812;U1与Lng和Area的相关系数分别为-0.715和-0.748,决定系数为0.51和0.56。动态平衡与线性步睁眼静态平衡典型相关分析中,U1、V1都是"低优指标",值越小,动态、静态平衡能力就越好,U1与V1的典型相关系数为0.790。结论:老年人踝关节策略静态平衡能力与动态平衡能力不存在相关性,但是静态平衡与动态平衡间存在内部联系。这种联系主要表现在:主要代表Center、HM的动态平衡成分与主要代表Area、Lne/A的静态平衡成分具有较高的负相关关系(r=-0.812);主要代表HM、Rot.speed的动态平衡成分与主要代表Area、Lne/A的静态平衡成分具有较高的正相关关系(r=0.790);主要代表Center、HM的动态平衡典型变量U1对双足闭眼静态平衡中的指标Lng和Area的预测效果较好。

Abstract:

Objective:To explore the correlation between the static and dynamic balance ability of the"ankle joint strategy"of the elderly. Methods:A static balance and dynamic balance testing program was designed for ankle joint strategy. 28 community old people were tested for balance ability. Pearson correlation method was used to analyze the correlation between static and dynamic balance. Factor analysis was used to extract static and dynamic balance. The common factor of capability is to form an"indicator set"for the indicators with large common factor loads,and the internal correlation between static and dynamic balances is explored through canonical correlation analysis between"indicator sets". Results:There was no statistically significant correlation between the dynamic balance ability of the ankle joint strategy and the static balance ability of both eyes with blinking and blinking(P>0.05),but the typical correlation between dynamic balance and static equilibrium of DC and LO was not significant. The coefficients were statistically significant(P<0.05)and the correlation was high. In the canonical correlation analysis between dynamic balance and DC static balance,U1 is a"low-optimal index". The smaller U1 is,the better the dynamic balance ability is;V1 is a"high and excellent index",and the larger V1 is,the better the static balance ability is;The typical correlation coefficient between U1 and V1 is 0.812;the correlation coefficients between U1 and Lng and Area are-0.715 and-0.748,respectively,and the coefficient of determination is 0.51 and 0.56. In the canonical correlation analysis between dynamic balance and LO static balance,U1 and V1 are both"low-optimal indicators". The smaller the value,the better the dynamic or static balance capability. The typical correlation coefficient between U1 and V1 is 0.790.
