女排精神是中国体育的一面旗帜，集中反映了中国体育工作者的初心使命和责任担当，是中华体育精神在排球运动中的一次展现。女排精神入选中国共产党人的精神谱系，是党和国家对中国体育事业发展成就的高度肯定，为中国体育界赢得了巨大荣誉，展示了体育人的良好社会形象，值得理论工作者深入探究。运用历史文献法、比较分析法和逻辑分析法，在中国共产党人精神谱系的视域下对女排精神进行探讨。“女排精神”于1981年首次在《人民日报》公开提出，在袁伟民、陈忠和、郎平执教时期的三代中国女排分别展现出女排精神的不同内涵，但在成为世界冠军的梦想精神、追求改变的创新精神、顽强拼搏的奋斗精神、精诚团结的团队精神和勇于奉献的牺牲精神等内容上存在共通之处；在此基础上，进一步分析女排精神与党的精神谱系在核心理念、价值追求和精神内涵上的契合之处，揭示影响中国社会几代人的女排精神能够入选中国共产党精神谱系的重要原因，为深入研究女排精神和中华体育精神提供理论参考。

e Spirit of Chinese Women's Volleyball Team is a banner of Chinese sports,reflecting the initial mission and responsibility of Chinese sports workers. It is also a representation of the Chinese sports spirit in volleyball. ■e inclusion of the“Spirit of Chinese Women's Volleyball Team”in the spiritual lineage of Chinese Communists is highly recognized by the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the government for the development of sports. ■is has brought great honor to Chinese sports and showcased the positive social image of sportsmen,which is worthy of further exploration by theoretical researchers. ■is study employs the methods of historical literature analysis,comparative analysis,and logical analysis to explore the“Spirit of Chinese Women's Volleyball Team”in the context of the spiritual lineage of Chinese Communists. ■is study has confirmed that the term“Spirit of Chinese Women's Volleyball Team”was first publicly proposed in 1981by the People's Daily and that the three generations of Chinese women's volleyball teams led by Yuan Weimin,Chen Zhonghe,and Lang Ping respectively have demonstrated different connotations of the spirit. However,these connotations share commonalities with the spirit of pursuing the dream of becoming world champions,the spirit of seeking innovation and change,the spirit of tenacious struggle,the spirit of sincere teamwork, and the spirit of courageously sacrificing oneself. On this basis,this study further analyzed the compatibility between the“Spirit of Chinese Women's Volleyball Team”and the spiritual lineage of the Chinese Communists in terms of core concepts, value pursuit,and spiritual connotations. It revealed the important reasons for its inclusion in the spiritual lineage of the Chinese Communists,providing a theoretical reference for further research on the Spirit of the Chinese Women's Volleyball Team and the Chinese sports spirit.
