间歇性低氧训练对跆拳道运动员血氨、血乳酸及血气水平的影响

摘要:

目的:观察间歇性低氧训练对跆拳道运动员血氨、血乳酸及血气水平的影响。方法:20名16~18岁3~6段男性跆拳道运动员随机分为试验组及对照组,每组10人。试验组接受间歇性低氧训练;对照组除间歇性低氧暴露干预外,其余训练内容与实验组相同。4周训练后两组受试者进行大强度3 min踢腿运动,观察血氨、血乳酸及血气指标的变化。结果:3 min踢腿运动后实验组血氨、血乳酸水平较对照组显著升高;血PaCO2及HC03-值较对照组显著下降。结论:4周间歇性低氧训练可以改善青少年跆拳道运动员的磷酸原及糖酵解供能能力。

Abstract:

Aim: Study of the effect of four weeks' training with interval hypoxia exposure to Taekwondo athletes 3~6 dan on the blood ammonia,blood lac-tate and blood gas.Method: 20 Taekwondo athletes 3~6 dan were divided into experimental(n=10)and control group(n=10).The experimental group did the exercise with interval hypoxia exposure lasting for four weeks,the control group did the same exercise and training programs short of the interval hypox-ia exposure.Two groups did the 3min kicking with heavy intensity,and tested the different change of index of blood ammonia,blood lactate and blood gas.Result: The result show that the blood ammonia,blood lactate enhanced with significance;the blood PaCO2 and HCO3-induced with significance compare with the control group after 3min heavy intensity exercise.Conclusion: The result hint that the training with interval hypoxia exposure may affect the body energy supply system of phosphagen and glycolysis,enlarge the energy supply of anaerobic system.
