通过分析、介绍国际上最大的学术网络Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ和中国教育科研计算机网络Ｃｅｒｎｅｔ的发展动态及其对人们的学习、工作乃至生活方式将会产生的深远影响，旨在拓宽眼界，提高人们信息化意识，引起对Ｃｅｒｎｅｔ和Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的重视与需求，进而积极投入使用，来提高教育与科研的信息化、现代化、国际化的水平。
Abstract：Through introducing Internet and Cernet and their great impact on our study,work and living style to enlarg our field of vision,to enhance our consciousness of information,so that we pay attention to Cernet and Internet,demand them,use them actively and improve the level of information and modernization of our education and scientific research.
