采用文献综述、例证、理论分析等方法,对田径运动训练中运用灰色系统模型控制的过程、优势和注意事项进行了阐述。结果表明,在结合定性分析即训练实际的情况下,灰色预测模型可以较为科学地预测成绩;灰色关联模型可以分析各训练指标在训练中的权重;灰色协调模型可以用于运动训练过程的调控。这些灰色系统模型控制模型分析方法能够为田径教练员在训练过程中提供参考。

By using the method of documentary,illustration and theory analysis,in this paper,the authors expounded the process,advantage and matters needing attention of GS during the training.By linking with training practice,the results showed that GP can predict sports achievement,GR can analyze proportion of training targets,GM can adjust and regulate the training process.The GS can provide reference for coaches of track and field.
