随着国家相关政策的出台与实施,中国足球迎来了快速发展的机遇期,联赛水平不断提升,高水平外援不断涌入;与此同时,中国职业足球俱乐部高薪引援问题不断突显,球员身价、年薪不断攀升,如何进行有效制衡成为重要问题。首先从理论方面入手,探解中国职业足球联赛高薪引援的制衡困境,发现:现有的相关职业体育理论研究框架,不论是优秀运动员的挤压提升学说,还是职业体育组织结构治理缺陷学说或职业足球市场不成熟论断,都无法有效回答和解决中国实践问题;提示需从实践环节入手挖掘其背后隐藏的机理。结合中国的社会现实,深入我国职业足球俱乐部高薪引援实践,综合运用博弈论等方法分析认为,溢出效益和后备人才培养缺失是导致各俱乐部高薪引援的真实原因。基于此,宜采取分阶段逐步推进俱乐部冠名去企业化、"疏""堵"并举促进后备人才培养力度等解决策略,以化解其风险,并以球迷福利提升为原则制定适合中国实践的制衡方略,促进中国职业足球有序发展。
Abstract:With the introduction and implementation of relevant national policies,the Chinese football ushered the opportunity of rapid development,withpromotion of the league level and high foreign. And this same time,how to effective restrict the problem of signings with highlight paying of the Chinese Profes-sional Soccer Club has become an important issue. From the theory aspects,we unravel the related theoretical research framework cannot effectively answerthe questions of practice in China,as enhancing by excellent athletes,organizational governance defects or market immaturity; and that tips need to researchpractice links to show the balance dilemma of the signings by high salary of Chinese Professional Soccer League. Combined with China's social reality,we ana-lyzed football club practice to find an answer,showed that spillover benefits and lack of reserve personnel training is the real reason leading to the signings byhigh salary of the professional soccer club. From this,some strategies should be taken such as:gradually promote the club title without the enterprise title andthe reserve personnel training standard by using the"dredging"and"blocking"simultaneously,to defuse the development risk of the Chinese professionalsoccer league,and promote the orderly development of Chinese professional football.
