运用文献资料、案例分析等方法,以波特的价值链和科斯的交易成本理论为工具,探讨NBA的价值链结构及其协调方式。研究结果表明,NBA的价值链结构由众多专业化分工活动和协调方式构成,其协调方式选择由交易成本决定。NBA谋求利益最大化的主要方法是选择恰当的协调方式,节约交易成本,推动其价值链专业化分工细化,创造观众价值,实现自身利益最大化。在我国职业体育发展过程中应借鉴这一规律,并结合我国的具体情况进行改革。
Abstract：The paper analyzed the structure of NBA's value-chain and its regulation mechanism on the basis of Porter's value-chain theory and Coase's transition cost theory by using the methods of documentary analysis and case study.The research explored NBA's value chain was constructed by a series of work divisions and its regulating mechanism and the regulation patterns was decided by the transaction cost.To obtain the maximum of profit,NBA need to choose the proper regulation patterns to shorten its transition cost,it also need to create values for customer.At the last,the paper advised the principles can be adopted and learned in the process of development and reform of the professional sport in China.
